The Challenge: Provocative Storytelling at Enterprise Scale

TATA required a Diversity & Inclusion initiative that transcended traditional corporate training. The goal was to engage nearly a million stakeholders with deeply sensitive, experimental art and provocative narratives.

The challenge was dual-faceted: envisioning a compelling, emotionally resonant creative journey while meticulously managing a mammoth production pipeline to deliver a technically robust, accessible SCORM package suitable for a massive global workforce.


The Solution: Innovation, Sensitivity, and Rigorous Engineering

I oversaw the entire 6-month lifecycle, balancing artistic risk with corporate stability through a precision-led strategy.

  • Curatorial Framework: Developed a narrative strategy that utilized experimental art and interactive films to challenge perceptions, balancing "provocation" with corporate context.

  • Integrated Production Pipeline: Managed a diverse cross-functional team (filmmakers, animators, developers) to ensure disparate art forms coalesced into a unified user experience.

  • Scalable SCORM Architecture: Architected a technical framework ensuring seamless delivery and tracking across devices, prioritizing accessibility and "Der rote Faden" (the red thread) of the user journey.

  • Complex Stakeholder Management: Navigated high-level D&I committees to align sensitive content with TATA’s values, translating artistic vision into actionable, compliant production plans.
