Large enterprises faced a critical disconnect: traditional training (syllabi and slide decks) failed to engage a global workforce, leading to poor retention. The mandate was to transform raw educational material into highly watchable, interactive experiences.

This required a dual-engine approach: a creative vision to pioneer new, binge-worthy formats, and a robust production pipeline capable of delivering broadcast-quality learning content at a relentless pace (2-3 hours per month).


The Solution: Storytelling-First Format Innovation

I initiated a comprehensive overhaul, replacing didactic presentations with a "Red Thread" of immersive storytelling and visual innovation.

  • Narrative Transformation: Developed a framework to convert dry syllabi into script-driven narratives, utilizing real-world case studies, re-enactments, and rich animation to drive behavioral change.

  • Pioneering New Formats: Conceived and launched distinct learning products to match modern consumption habits:
    THRIVE MASTERS: Short-form, unsynchronized micro-learning.
    THRIVE LIBRARY: Actionable courses on habits and soft skills.
    THRIVE GLOSSARY: High-fidelity, minimalist animated explainers (30-60s) for complex concepts.

  • High-Volume Pipeline: Engineered a precision production operation coordinating scriptwriters, animators, and instructional designers to sustain a consistent output of 2-3 hours of premium content monthly.

This strategic pivot not only revitalized internal learning cultures but influenced broader industry trends.
